  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    At HAKADTS, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. This policy outlines how you can do so:
    1. Cancellation Requests:
    Cancellation requests will only be considered if submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once the order has been communicated to the sellers/merchants or if the product is already out for delivery, cancellation requests will not be entertained. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
    2. Non-returnable Items:
    We do not accept cancellations for certain items. However, a refund or replacement may be offered if the delivered product is found to be of poor quality.
    3. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receipt. Your request will be processed once the seller/merchant verifies the issue on their end.
    4. Product Not as Expected:
    If the product you received does not match what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
    5. Warranty Products:
    For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
    6. Refund Process:
    If your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to the bank account the payment was made within 4 to 7 business days.
